Shipping policy

At Shop Garage Systems, we work with trusted carriers and freight partners to deliver professional-grade garage systems safely and efficiently across the United States.

Standard Shipping: Free on most orders
Delivery timeframe: Typically 5–12 business days, depending on product size and destination
Coverage: All eligible products unless noted on the product page

Some oversized or freight items may require additional handling or scheduled delivery. Any special delivery details will be shown on the product page.

2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Shop Garage Systems ships to addresses within the continental United States (the lower 48 states) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or locations that cannot accept carrier or freight delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on most orders within the continental United States.

Any product-specific shipping terms will be clearly shown at checkout or on the product page.Β Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time varies based on carrier method:

  • Small parcel shipments: usually 3-7 business days
  • Freight or oversized shipments: typically 5-12 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

5. Carriers and Shipping Methods

We use trusted national carriers and freight partners, including UPS, FedEx, and professional freight services, depending on product size and destination.

6. Freight Delivery Expectations (Important Information)

Some garage systems, storage cabinets, flooring pallets, and oversized products are shipped via professional freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.

What to Expect With Freight Deliveries

  • Freight deliveries typically arrive withinΒ 5–12 business days after shipment
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window
  • Most freight deliveries are curbside or driveway drop-off unless otherwise noted
  • Someone may need to be present to receive and inspect the shipment

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Take clear photos before signing or moving the shipment
  • Note the damage with the carrier if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

This helps us resolve issues quickly with the carrier.

7. Tracking and Insurance

All shipments include tracking information sent by email once your order ships.

Shipments are insured against loss or transit damage.

8. Delivery Issues

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

9. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and item details.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused and uninstalled products.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

11. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to address issues, reshipment fees may apply.
